Pricing questions
What counts as a recovery?
A failure the agent actually fixed (its postcondition passed). A run that only explained the failure or handed it to a person is never billed.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first free recoveries need nothing but a workspace. You add a card when you want the trial.
When am I charged?
Never during your free recoveries or the trial. After that, only for recoveries, and never past your monthly spend cap.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Bring the whole team. You pay for recoveries, not for people looking at them.
What happens when I hit my cap?
Usage stops metering for the rest of the month. Recoveries in production keep running, so no user is blocked by your bill, and you are never charged past the ceiling you set.
How is Enterprise priced?
On your recovery volume, agreed up front. Book a call and bring the failure your support queue hears about most.
